EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

The Editor-in-Chief directs the journal, is responsible for deciding whether or not to publish contributions proposed by authors, for managing the review process and for communicating its outcome to the authors.

STEERING COMMITTEE

The Steering Committee is involved in the selection of contributions to be published, the updating of the list of Reviewers, the management of the refereeing process if the Author is the Editor-in-Chief, and the management of practices contrary to scientific integrity and the supervision of ethical aspects of research practices

MANAGING EDITOR

The Managing Editor coordinates the Editorial Board, is involved in the selection of contributions to be published and supervises, assisted by the Secretariat, the process of conformation and publication of contributions.

COMITATO DI REDAZIONE

The Editorial Board contributes to the editorial activity of the Journal, in particular by selecting jurisprudential decisions for the 'Jurisprudence - Observatory' section and they can be involved in the procedures provided for the management of conflicts of interest.
